The Drifter Mobile Bar, offers a range of services to transform your event into an extraordinary celebration. Our prices vary based on your requirements, considering factors such as travel distance, event duration, guest count, and beverage preferences. Our prices listed below are a guide only. We encourage you to send us an enquiry with as much detail about your event as possible OR give us a call on the phone number provided.

DRY HIRE

Our Dry Hire fee gives you complete control over the bar solution you provide at your event.

We bring The Drifter Bar to you, and you go for your life.

  • Half Day = $750 (excludes beverage stock)

  • Full Day = $950 (excludes beverage stock)

** Multiple days available upon request.

We offer a choice of 20L and/or 50L kegs and have up to 10 taps. We can also provide bottled or canned RTD’s, wine and kegged cocktails.

** It is not possible to have self-service at licensed events unless your staff have a valid RSA.

EVENT PACKAGES

The Drifter Mobile Bar is built for volume. Capable of carrying 22× 50L kegs at one time. We also carry wine and spirits at the same time if required.

The Drifter Mobile Bar packages deliver a fully licensed, professional bar experience designed for events of all sizes and locations including The Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Wide Bay, Gold Coast and even The Fraser Coast.

From weddings, private celebrations, corporate activations and large-scale events, our experienced bar staff handle everything from setup and service through to liquor licensing and compliance. Giving our customers complete confidence and a seamless event experience.

With access to a wide network of breweries, distilleries and wineries across Australia, we can curate beverage packages to suit any event style or budget. We offer flexible package structures, including:

  • fixed-fee options or

  • fixed-fee + percentage-of-bar-profit models

ADD-ONS

We have optional add-ons to make your special event even more special!

Items include:

  • Experienced Bar Staff (Supervisor Level )= $60-70 per hour

  • General Bar Staff = $50 per hour

  • Reuseable cups & washing station = Price on application

** Please note: Add-ons only apply to dry hire fee’s. Event Packages include bar staff, reuseable cups and more in your packaged solution.

We also include extras like cocktail specialists as part of most of our packages unless there is a specific cocktail you have in mind that may require extra preparation time and materials.
